Understanding e-commerce store structure, including setup and relationship between products, product options, product views, product categories, catalog (multiple categories).
Understanding requirements and setup for tax, shipping, credit card processing (i.e. the relationship between the online store, its cart and checkout, and overview knowledge of what happens with credit-card payments between the website and the site-owner’s merchant service and bank).

Administrative & Other

Excellent written and telephone communication skills
Multi-lingual and good with international clients
Willing to train clients via phone and screen sharing
